CONTRACT PERFORMANCE BOND – LONG VERSION

BETWEEN
[ ] of [ ] (hereinafter called (“the Contractor”) of the first part and [ ] of [ ] (hereinafter called “the Surety”) are held and firmly
bound unto Institution whose registered office is at Address (hereinafter call “the Obligee”) in the sum [amount in words] (£[amount in numbers]) for the payment of which sum well and truly to be made the Contractor binds themselves and their successors and assigns and the said Surety bind themselves and their successors.
WHEREAS the Contractor has entered into a certain written contract (“the Contract”) with the Obligee dated the Number day of Month, Year for the description of services, where to be completedetc the Obligee (“the services”) which contract (save as hereinafter provided) with all its terms covenants clauses provisos stipulations and conditions is hereby made a part of this Bond to all intents and purposes as though the said contract had been incorporated herein.
